Small jobs welcome

A fan, a deadbolt, a shelf — you do not need a remodel to get a call back.

Based in Amesbury

Essex and Middlesex counties, the NH seacoast, the Mount Washington Valley and Lakes Region, and Southwest Florida.

The person

Sean shows up.

Not a dispatch board. Not a crew you never meet. Sean is the one who answers the phone, walks the job, and does the work — decks, doors, drywall, and the punch list that has been sitting on the fridge.

Customers keep calling back because the small jobs get done, the site gets left clean, and someone already knows the house.

“Sean has been an absolute lifesaver for our home. He's handled everything from replacing rotten wood under our vinyl siding and fixing our house skirting to installing deadbolts, doorknobs, cabinets, shelves, and even ceiling fans. No matter how big or small the project, he always shows up, takes a look, and finds a solution. He's incredibly timely, consistent, and professional.”
Tara · Boston, MA
“Sean is amazing! He is prompt, knowledgeable, dependable and reasonably priced. I love his positivity surrounding all of the jobs I have reached out for — even the jobs that seem way too small, he is on it. He pays close attention to detail and always makes sure we are satisfied with his work.”

“Sean took the time to recommend a solution for an old built-in AC unit. A real eyesore. Now I have a custom glass window. It brings in so much natural light and adds charm to my home.”

Questions

Before you call

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. A door that sticks, a fan that wobbles, a shelf that needs to go up — those are everyday work here. You do not need a full remodel to get a call back.

Where do you work?

Based in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Serving Essex and Middlesex counties, the New Hampshire seacoast, New Hampshire's Mount Washington Valley and Lakes Region, and Southwest Florida. If you are not sure you are in range, call or text anyway.

Do you work in North Conway, Ossipee and the rest of northern New Hampshire?

Yes. Sean now takes jobs in the Mount Washington Valley and Lakes Region — North Conway, Conway, Jackson, Bartlett, Ossipee, Tamworth, Wolfeboro, Moultonborough and nearby towns, plus Fryeburg, Maine. Second homes, vacation rentals, seasonal openings and closings, winterizing, storm cleanup and deck or cabin repairs are all a good fit. Call or text (239) 777-4215 with the town and the list.

How fast can you come out?

It depends on the job and the week, but Sean answers 24/7. Emergencies — leaks, heat, storm damage — get the first look. Send photos with your request so the visit is useful.

Do I need an estimate in writing?

You will get a clear quote before work starts. Use the form on this site, email, or just call. Photos of the problem help a lot.

Can you handle a long list?

That is most of the work. Many customers keep a running punch list — a door this week, a deck next month. One person who already knows the house.

Are your home inspections the same as a licensed inspector?

No. Sean's seasonal inspections are a maintenance walkthrough based on the work he does — roof, siding, basement, interiors, and exterior. They are not a certified or licensed home inspection and are not a substitute for one when you are buying or selling a house.

Do you do real estate too?

Yes. There is a licensed real estate agent in the company. We also offer cost segregation for investment properties and short-term rental management — turnovers, repairs, lockouts. Same people who already know the house.
